Shipping policy

To ensure that your order is delivered properly and that you receive it within the time frame we promised, we strongly recommend that you should double-check your information before submitting the order. 
Please check all the relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We will not take any responsibility for lost, misplaced, or returned orders due to the insufficient address provided at the time of checkout. 

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box address. Other carrier options may be available at the time and we may have to change the carrier if needed.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes [STORE] to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees [STORE] may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 7 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 4 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Track your order

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from [STORE], you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

[STORE] does not hold or accept responsibility as well as issue refunds for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will still send the rest of your order and send you a notification about the items that are out of stock. You can choose to wait until the next restock and receive them later or receive the refund immediately.

  1. Returned package(s) due to Insufficient Address:
    If your order is returned to sender due to an address problem, please contact us and provide us with your order number and  full/correct address. We will check with the carrier and re-send the order to you.

  2. Lost package(s):
    If your order is confirmed lost during the delivery (usually recognized by when the tracking info does not show up or has not been updated in a long time, or the carrier confirmed that the package was lost…), please contact us and provide your order number along with the tracking number. We will check and send a replacement order to you.
